Verizon <3 Simple Mathematics

I found this amusing and insanely frustrating at the same time. Apparently Verizon does not recognize the difference between fractions of a dollar and fractions of a cent. Also check out his blog about the problem. At around timecode 15:00, when the second girl comes on, it really starts to get mind-numbingly frustrating.

holy shit. I love it how the customer says, “I don’t mean to offend you.” He is the nicest person in the world, because to have to talk to such IDIOTS for THAT long would make me be like, “listen, i’m an ENGINEER. I do VERY high level mathematics. You are an idiot who answers phones all day. I am correct. Give me my fucking money back.”
