…at the Grammys, that is.

Although I’d love to hear this chap sing some karaoke anytime, it was a spoken-word award for “The Audacity of Hope” that Barack Obama picked up a Grammy — edging out Bill Clinton. It’s actually Obama’s second Grammy, but now he and Amy Winehouse will have something to talk about.

I couldn’t agree more. This book was a part of my original research which ultimately lead to my support of Barack.

The book is clear and defined. There are some metaphors and some sweeping concepts, sure. But the core of this book, much like Obama’s campaign, is simple and straightforward “this is what I think” talk.

I dig that.

Unfortunately, I didn’t watch the Grammys this year. Oh well. It does seem to get more and more tired and boring as the years go on.

Maybe if they would televise Obama speaking about a kick-ass audiobook win, I’d stick around for the other winners’ lame speeches.
