		<description>I wonder if the Twitter stats are due to their campaigns or is it more a function of the followers dedication.  Since the late 90&#039;s I&#039;ve been hearing about how the web will change political campaigns, I just haven&#039;t seen the effect - it only seems to reflect what is already going on.</description>
